Q: Where are these necklaces shipped from?
A: Shipped from the USA.
Q: Is it real silver?
A: Absolutely — 925 grade silver, Pendant & certain rosary connectors . Rosary chain will vary in type.
Q: Does the necklace come in the box in the pictures?
A: No, It comes in a black Necklace box
Q: Are the gem stones real?
A: Yes, they are. The chain is made of High Quality Hematite, Shiny Onyx, Flat Onyx & Aurora Crystal Beads and some of the beads are “flawed” because they are natural stones. The gem stones in the pendant are real. There are 4 on each pendant. 3 are at the end points of the cross (left, right and bottom) and a larger stone in the center.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal.
Q: What if my PayPal address is “unconfirmed?”
A: Orders to “unconfirmed” addresses will be refunded and we will send you an invoice.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Because all items are custom made, all sale are final.
Q: Can you do a custom rosary design?
A: Yes we can. For an additional fee we can customize the rosary necklace with other charms or details.
Q: How long does it take if I live in the USA to receive my necklace? IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION – USA
A: Your necklace is made within 1 day of your purchase as long as we are not out-of-stock. And ships within 2 days of purchase, we are located in Florida so to California it typically takes 3 days
Q: How long does it take if I live outside the USA to receive my necklace? IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION – INTERNATIONAL
A: Your necklace is made within a day of your purchase as long as we are not out-of-stock. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping delay. Your necklace is made and then sent via priority mail. You must allow up to 3-6 weeks for delivery.Your custom laws may delay the delivery so we recommend you check with your local postal service. Additional taxes / fees might be charged to you by your country at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to check with your post office for delivery delays from the USA and research your country’s customs laws and fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees applied by your country.
Q: When my necklace is shipped will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
